Launch Collision Avoidance (LCOLA)

Launch Collision Avoidance (LCOLA) analysis capability using new high-efficiency approaches and proprietary algorithms. The tool maximizes launch window availability using responsive, comprehensive, and efficient LCOLA closure screening techniques. Utilizes the underlying topography of the launch closure problem to identify and characterize all launch holds within the user-specified launch window without confining the launch operator to “top-of-the-minute” or other such constructs rapidly and accurately.

​Flight Safety Analysis

Airborne Vehicle & Rocket Analysis (AVRA) Flight Safety Analysis process operates during the mission planning, trajectory analysis, public risk analysis, launch operations, and post-launch analysis phases of launch and reentry and applies to launch and reentry vehicles, launch and reentry sites, mission plans and procedures. The AVRA Flight Safety Analysis process calculates processes, validates, and analyzes data required by 14 CFR Parts 420 and 450, including outputting specific flight safety products required by 14 CFR Parts 420 and 450.

Air Surveillance

LOD provides the largest flight tracking network in the U.S. with over 60 disparate data feed sources and the first and only flight tracking service to offer 100 percent truly global coverage with position updates at least once per minute. Service includes 60 disparate data feeds from all over the world, and fuses them to compile, evaluate and aggregate over 10,000 aircraft position messages per second. The data processing is real-time and the latency from the aircraft to LOD is sub-20 seconds.

Maritime Surveillance

Global datasets comprise vessel positions, journey data, port calls, schedules, and higher-order intelligence delivered timely and efficiently to satisfy our customers ́s needs and the company is a global ship tracking intelligence service. The data is quality controlled via advanced algorithms constantly processing raw data received from the most extensive proprietary network of AIS-receiving stations in the world.

Launch & Recovery Platform

​Launch On Demand provides surveillance and coordination services that supply cutting-edge support on a global basis. LOD offers a single data feed from the FAA and is the largest flight-tracking network in the U.S. with more than 60 disparate data feed sources.

Telemetry Acquisition—Launch Optics

​We provide engineering imagery services or visual and multi-spectral video processing, distribution, and recording for vehicle processing events, hazardous operations, launch/in-flight operations, for both engineering analysis and media broadcast as needed.

Frequency Monitoring and Spectrum Protection

​We provide on-site frequency monitoring to detect and monitor inadvertent RF energy that can cause unplanned initiation of various vehicle subsystems like rocket motors, destruct ordnance, pneumatics, release mechanisms, and avionics that can threaten public safety and mission success.
